Please complete this form to request marketing support for your upcoming regional webinar or event. We recommend submitting requests at least 6 weeks prior to your event. If you need additional assistance, please contact Jeralee Hahn.

Webinar or Event Request

  • This is the name you would like displayed in the email invitation, on the registration form and in the calendar invite. Examples: Payment Plans Lunch & Learn, Wednesdays with Wendy, Overview of Storefront)
  • For webinars, we have found that Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1pm Central Time have resulted in the best response from clients and prospects.

  • Sales associate is in charge of the list to provide to marketing 4 days prior to the first email drop. This helps marketing understand how to help with content in development.
  • I, as the leading sales associate on this event, agree to provide the list of contacts and/or prospect to marketing. I have reviewed this list for accuracy of institution information and valid email addresses to the best of my ability.
  • What is the desired outcome of the event? Examples: Capture new leads or accounts, Expand sales with current clients.
  • Provide an agenda and summary of topics covered to assist marketing in writing content for your event.
  • If event is in person, please provide the name of the location event and address. Link in Google Maps is also helpful. If event is virtual, please write "virtual" below.
  • If the event is in person, estimate the cost of the location, food or other assets needed to complete the event. Event costs come out of the sales cost center.
  • If event is in-person or digital event requires giveaways or items mailed to registrants, please provide a registration due date.
  • Enter a specific date you'd like emails to start sending. Best engagement occurs 2.5-3 weeks prior to an event.
  • Marketing can assist with post-event follow up emails, customized to the event either with a survey for feedback or to provide a next step in the nurturing stream.
