We hosted our annual user group, Campus Tech on the Move, May 31st through June 2nd in New York City. From learning best practices on engaging with incoming Gen Z students, to gaining a stronger understanding of current mobility trends and how to automate current manual processes, Campus Tech on the Move covered a wide range of topics.
The user group meeting is a time for our institution partners to share their experiences in working with us and using our products. Throughout the meeting, we covered product updates, addressed current and upcoming company initiatives, heard from industry experts, and gave meeting attendees the opportunity to collaborate and connect. Compliance, privacy laws, regulations, and data security continue to remain top of mind for every department within an institution. Receiving product feedback and hearing the challenges our clients are facing help us to enhance our products throughout the year and provide ideas for future product needs.

David Glezerman, Assistant Vice President & Bursar at Temple University, reminded us that compliance is everyone’s job while Robert Roach, Vice President & Chief Global Compliance Officer at New York University shared tools with the group to help ensure campuses are monitoring and complying with a variety of issues. Dilauna Burks, Administrative Assistant at the University of Missouri, spoke on behalf of their experience transitioning from a faxed and paper form process to a comprehensive online experience.
